We had a great day at the Aviva and I can’t wait to get cooking there for the Autumn Rugby Internationals

We had a very exciting day recently when we announced our collaboration with The ‘Compass Group’. Compass are an excellent ‘player’ in the food market here in Ireland and they really believe in promoting local suppliers and putting the customer first – two things that are very important to me. And of course they love producing great food, and at the end of this blog we will have a delicious recipe for you all.

Together with Compass we will partner with the Aviva Stadium on its premium and corporate food offering.  The premium level restaurant will have menus designed by myself using Compass Group’s Irish suppliers. Corporate boxes will also have menus inspired by myself and something that I am very much looking forward to are the Autumn Rugby Internationals. On those days myself and chefs from MacNean House and Restaurant will partner with Compass Group chefs to deliver these menus on match days.

What a place to have a pop up restaurant for the day! We are so looking forward to it and I am very excited about what we can achieve.

Last week we had the official launch of our partnership with the Aviva and we cooked for 20 journalists.

Here was the menu we cooked for them:
