It’s never too early for Christmas… food

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas… At least it was in Blacklion recently where we were putting together the dishes for my new cookbook. The book is called ‘Neven’s Perfect Christmas’ and I am so excited about it. It will be out in October and I can’t wait to see what you all think of it.

NEVER TOO EARLY… I just love Christmas cooking, even in May.

I have always wanted to do a Christmas cookbook so this is a bit of a dream come true. Christmas is all about family, and spending time together and of course the food is something that we all like to enjoy so getting the chance to share all my favourite Christmas recipes is just fantastic.

A big thank you to Gill Books for having in faith in me to produce another book and also to my brilliant team here who helped with everything. To Claire, Joe, Johan, Pamela, Peter, Petra, Ramunda and Carol, who was the food stylist, a big thank you to you all. It takes a lot of work and effort to put together a book and it is really important to me that we try and keep the standard as high as possible. I love the feedback from the public regarding my books and the fact that you all put so much faith in my recipes is something which always makes me feel very lucky and very humble.

TEAM EFFORT… Putting together a book takes a lot of effort from a lot of people. I am lucky I have a great team with me.

DRINK UP… Some special Christmas drinks to look forward to in my new book.
